Junior Biotechnologist with a Master degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology. She is currently a Research Fellow at the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research in Milan, in the Molecular Biology Laboratory of Professor Luisa De Cola, where she is working on the synthesis and characterization of organosilica nanoparticles and their in vitro and in vivo test. Her recent experience as a Research Fellow in an Organic Chemistry Laboratory at the University of Naples Federico II has given her operational skills in the analysis, characterization and synthesis of DNA and analogues. Furthermore, this last experience, together with the internship during her Master’s thesis at the University of Naples Federico II, gave her the opportunity to get acquainted with HPLC-based purification techniques.
