Mirco was born in Parma, Italy, in 1996. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Parma, with two Erasmus experiences at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany) and Otto von Guericke Universität Magdeburg (Germany). He completed his PhD in Bioinorganic Chemistry under Prof. Pelosi at the University of Parma, Italy, and spent a year as a visiting PhD at the University of Bern (Switzerland) in the Frei Lab. Now, he is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Prof. De Cola Lab.
